Adults all sitting at tables/computers and was completely ignored. Awful service, would give zero stars for zero service if I could

I had a dreadful experience twice on phone trying to pay my bill so I had to drive all the way to Optus Eastlands to pay bill. When I complained about this to the staff member there was no apology and he said "you can't pay bills here...haven't been able to for a long time." I said I would like to speak to Manager and he said he was it. He said you can pay at PO, prints me a bill for double the amount and shoves it at me like I'm a pest he wants to go away. He could EASILY have assisted in payment via phone using my debit card. Customer service is appalling. Changing service providers as am tired of these folk.
