Shopped there this morning and it's the pits. Staff standing around talking while half the shelves were empty. Fruit produce area an absolute mess while 3 staff members had a discussion as to how they were going to fill in the day. Got to the checkout and found out Coles don't care one bit about customer service. 9.0am and one register open with 4 people waiting to be served. A Girl playing around at the cigarette drawers trying to look busy when she had no customers. Looked at us a number of times but did not see fit to open a register to help out. If this is what Coles calls customer service then I will be going to Woolworths where I get treated with respect.
