My garment was returned to me same way it was handed in for a cleaning. I checked it prior to leaving. I was unable to have it dry cleaned with them due to travel the next day. I discussed this with the counter staff who also tried to explain it to the cleaner. He insisted no refund, no further discussion, manager is away. I explained that I had to travel and came a distance to collect an untouched garment. Cleaner used disgusting language and told me to call the police and get out of the shop. I asked repeatedly for a refund, and I would leave, he tossed the garment on the counter along with the money and told me to get out. My experience left me shocked and shaken. I hope no one has to hear his vulgarity and need to experience such intolerable verbal aggression.
