I had a wonderful shopping experience today at Famous Footwear in DFO South Wharf where I had one of the best customer service experiences I can remember! I was served by two ladies who both went out of their way to assist me, took an interest in what I wanted and provided excellent service. I cannot remember the names of the lovely ladies but they made shopping especially at the end of a working day, absolutely worthwhile. A wonderful example of true customer service, well done, all the very best, you are an asset to the company!
