This store’s DFO South Wharf’s staff is absolutely ridiculous with the worst customer service ever encountered. First they make customers waiting even after seeing the customer standing and waiting for them, while the girls chattering and giggling around the corner. And then they, especially one girl from China, just do not have the audacity to talk to a person. She was extremely rude. Instead of listening and understanding the customer, she was just constantly blabbering her own crap which just did not make sense. She was not ready to replace or do anything about the brand new playsuit which I bought from them whose zip wasn’t correct even though I provided them the receipt. She was the rudest and just constantly uttered that I am not going to do anything about it. Well this is not how you treat your customers. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them as if anything goes wrong or if you cloth is not right when you get back home and see it, they are not going to believe you and instead put the entire blame on you. Those people are just the money making machine who just want to sell their clothes without providing any kind of customer service. Worst experience ever especially with that one Chinese girl
