I am embarrassed and devastated at the end result of my 'experience' with EJB Hair. I have short hair, styled in a pixie cut. I walked in asking for a trim because I was having trouble styling it. The hairdresser grabbed the clippers and shaved half of my head. No scissors, no consideration of style or that I just wanted a trim. She shaved the back up to my crown then stopped so I am now left with a cocky. I was in complete shock. It all happened so fast. I thought she'd stop. I now have an army cut! I walked out after paying the $20 and burst into tears. I am wearing a hat to work and my fiance still hasn't seen my hair in 4 days - I'm too embarrassed. I have NO HAIR on one side, so I cannot even try to get it fixed up by a different hairdresser. I will NEVER EVER return to EJB Hair. They don't listen, they don't care and they have no skills. NO STARS!
