Went in there to look and was rudely approached by the shop worker and told to not take photos of items which is fine in itself but the way she said it was quite frankly rude. Walked out to find her watching the cameras as we were the only people in store under the assumption we would steal. Thanked her when we left and she didn’t give me a goodbye. Wont be coming back

If you are selling shoes at your store, make sure to let the customer try the shoes on. Dont come to the customer and tell them not to try on shoes. We didnt even finish trying the shoes that were there and the lady started to arrange them and not allowing us to look further. I protested to her but she didnt pay and heed. I am sure they also avoid paying taxes to the ATO as they dont bill the customers. The shop lady was very rude. I am going to lodge a formal ACCC complaint against this store.

ought a Unicorn Onesie on Monday from your store at Watervale. The zip broke two days later. Took it in to the store to request an exchange as item was obviously faulty and the two ladies working there were rude from the beginning and refused to provide me with a replacement. Obviously they have no understanding of consumer rights that fall under the ACCC. Just because you have a hand written sign saying “No Refunds” doesn’t give you the legal right to refuse a refund or exchange on a faulty garment. It’s actually unlawful. I recently bought a clock from this shop, a week later it stopped working, I took it back to the shop with a receipt and they told me there’s nothing they can do, I asked for a refund and the lady started screaming at me telling me I’m not giving back your money this is the worst $2 shop, the worst customer service. I was told to come to the store to get a refund and they didn’t even give it me I don’t recommend this store no one
