Millers have given me the WORST and most disrespectful customer service experience of my life. It started with their in-store sales assistant, who charged me for an item that she never put into my bag and upon realising this, once at home, I rang the store many times, for over an hour, to not have a single one of my calls answered. This was just the beginning of my nightmare, as almost 3 months ago, on 4/1/20, I went on-line to their customer care centre, to lodge a complaint to get my problems resolved but after having to deal with 5 different people and well over a dozen emails, my problem has not been dealt with, despite them advising me on 3 separate occasions, that they had forwarded my case and details to the Regional Manger, who would contact me within 24 to 48 hours but 5 and a half weeks have passed and I have heard NOTHING from them whatsoever. Now the last, so-called customer care person who was handling my case, Jamie, is just ignoring my emails and has not answered my last 3 emails, for more than 2 weeks. I'm just being disrespected and totally ignored and I cannot believe a company like Millers, would treat a 20 year+ loyal customer with such disrespect and disregard. I have been treated by Millers like a piece of rubbish and because of this fact, I recommend to everyone to save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere. Millers should be ashamed of themselves, from their shop assistant, to their, what should be more accurately named, their, I absolutely DON'T care, customer care centre, all the way to their Regional Manager. This whole 3 month experience has been awful for me and I don't think you should need to be told, that it is not acceptable to treat people this way and with such disregard. If anyone from the Millers Company or their parent company, Noni B, want to make this right for me, then please do so, as I have suffered enough!!!!!! Anyone who can do anything to help to finally get this sorted out, would be very much appreciated.
