I used to always go to paper kites but after today, I’m never going back. The service today was appalling and they don’t care about their customers. Rude service, bad attitude and was not helpful. I had a dress with a tag on it and she couldn’t even exchange it for me. Clothes they sell there are never in good condition and after a few weeks the stitching comes apart. You ruined my day. 0 stars.
