I bought a top at Ishka yesterday and drove home (40 min drive) only to discover that the sales assistant has not taken the security tag off. When I phoned the store the assistant manager would not compensate for my troubles in any way and has told me that I need to drive all the way back in to Knox City to have the tag removed. That is BAD service and BAD customer relations. Ishka Knox you have lost me as a customer.
