Hi I have been to the store in number of times. I have observed one particular staff member who who I really feel like deserves to be acknowledged for her role in this company. Her name is Sam . I feel like nowadays people aren’t given recognition enough. I have seen Sam in there on a number of occasions. The have to say I am so impressed with her ability to communicate with her customers. She is amazing at helping find what may suit a particular customer style. She is extremely friendly, helpful and mature for her age . On Thursday I witnessed Sam working alone in the store. There were a number of customers. Her ability to communicate and make each customer feel important and their time valued is impressive. So a big THANK YOU to SAM. Look forward to any future service and communication with you.
