A Customer - Nov 06, 2021
I had a very bad experience at millers located in pacific Werribee . If given an option i would give 0 rating for customer service . Ladies working in the store did not behave well with me. Instead of greeting a customer they were like ohhh nooo why the customers are here. No greetings nothing at all. No offence but the Asian woman at the counter did not even respond to my Hey she did not even look at me while i was talking to her regarding the exchange of some tops.Even after when i made my purchase she simply slipped the tops towards me on the counter , i had to ask for a bag to which still she did not respond very well. I have never been through this much disgusting customer service ever . I am never going there again as they make their customers feel so unwelcomed .
