Bing Lee Wodonga are fantastic to deal with, I had a problem with a brand new washing machine and they were professional, courteous and provided superior customer service in replacing the machine straight away. The delivery guys are very careful and phoned twice on both occasions to advise approximate times and are great guys. Also had to speak with the assistant store manager and he was also professional and caring in his approach to the problem. I highly rate the team at Bing Lee Wodonga, from go to wo they exceeded in customer service, product knowledge and after sales service. Thank you very much, Leeanne
