Bought some perfume just before xmas as a gift and when it was opened the recipient who always wears that particular perfume advised that it smelt off. I took the perfume back to priceline and the assistant took it out to a back office then came back with two perfume sample cards advising that one was from the perfume I bought and the other one was from the perfume tester bottle. She said they smelt the same and she was not going to exchange the perfume for me. As she sprayed the sample cards out of my line of sight I could not be sure they were from the two separate bottles. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and will not be returning to this store.
