Very, very disappointing. The reason for this review is to spare others from pain. I have visited Crescent Spring in Alexander Heights in the last fortnight. There was only one masseur, who doubled up as receptionist. During the massage he would stop to answer the phones, and attend to walk ins. But what was the worst was a massage, which caused me injury and pain. Masseur did not even bother to concentrate on muscles, instead was applying undue force to my bones and areas where no such force should be applied in sudden, jerking movements . I made comments during the massage, and was just about to walk out from there. I am sorry I did not, as now I developed bursitis in my hip .I had many , many hundreds of massages over the years, so I do know what is a proper massage.This one was a disaster . I was under impression that he tried to safe his hands and skills for walk ins and others, as he was by himself in there. I had massages in Wanneroo and massages in Wanneroo were always brilliant, so this review does not apply to Wanneroo Crescent Spring in the least.
