Watch battery replacement in Midland Gate! Not an honest merchant and definitely not recommendable! He shamelessly refused to refund my $25 for the watch battery he had replaced even though it was the second time I had to bring it back because my watch was not working. I showed him the receipt from the new battery purchased elsewhere and showed him that there was nothing wrong with my watch because now it was now working perfectly. Despite all this indisputable proof he still refused to refund me for his dud battery and persisted in stating that his (unreliable) instrument showed 1.5 Volts of battery charge, which meant that the battery was good, although I showed him that my Professional Digital Tester Wavetek Meterman 30XR was showing 0.965 Volts for the same battery and that's why the watch would not work with it! He continued to insist that his Tester was reliable and that he would keep to that reading and continued to refuse to refund. I told him his conduct was not honest so then he started threatening me with calling the police. I will instead report him to the appropriate authority for using a faulty instrument to justify a faulty product! His competitor in any case offers the same battery replacement service for 40% less and conducts an honest business too. I would avoid bringing him any repair work at all!

19/06/2020 10.20am: Booragoon store. Waited for 20 minutes from scheduled opening time until the staff member finally arrived to open his stall. A few other clients had come and gone in that time. When I relayed this information to the staff member he shrugged, then said "It doesn't matter, I don't care". His attitude and demeanor was rude and atrocious. I was going to get a lot of work done but instead walked away. No way he was getting my money for a job he obviously doesn't care about. 20 min wasted.
