Not happy Jan. Transferred downloaded music to new iPhone for us. All the music that was transferred appears under his name only, whole albums are missing from the transfer and there is also some music in a foreign language under what apoears to be a foreign name. We're unable to get anyone else to fix as all downloaded music was deleted from the old phone!! Zero stars rating.
