Worst Refund policy and worst product quality, cheating teenager.

Worst customer service I ever experienced,2 Lady at counter non stop talking to each other and playing on phone ,avoiding customer ,unable to ask. A Lady came for refund with receipt for exchanging product ,product was in original packing and excellent condition. Boss lady at the counter were rude and disrespectful to her refuse to refund ,when she left with disappointment,both lady at counter making fun of her and uttering rude words,I was there when whole incedent happened didn't felt good hoe the treated her, and left the shop putting myself at that lady position. I will never go back again
