I have been there about a month ago to exchange apple airpods that we bought from there as we already repaired that once from JB hi-fi. Staff member said that they need to see the issue before they exchange that. The issue was disconnection sometimes only. Because disconnection only occurs sometimes so he cannot see the issue that time. I left my airpods there as i was frustrated with faulty airpods. But I thought they will connect me, but I have not hear anything from them yet. I am very disappointed with their service.
