Went there today to buy body mist. The staff at the counter has no attitude and very rude. Asked me if I’m a member , I said yes then she asked my name. So I tell her but instead listening my answer she looked at other directions and keep asking my name 5 times. Her name is TANITA. After finished she ran and ‘shout’ to tell other colleagues that she’ll go for lunch. What a very rude behaviour. Hope body shop very carefully when hiring someone to work there. I always buy things from body shop but today I got very disappointed behaviour from uneducated and no manner staff TANITA. PLease train your staff again or please be very selective when hiring staff.
