Needed to correct personal details in in my Boost account which can't be done online and was advised to get it done at any Telstra outlet. A staff member in the Clarkson store immediately told me they can't help me and that they don't deal with Boost issues despite my explaining that I have a message from Boost that Telstra would be able to sort issue out. Not convinced I went to Telstra at Lakeside shopping centre where the issue was sorted in less than 5 mins.
