I recently joined Telstra after many years with Vodafone. The consultant promised a few things to just to get me to join them on the day I visit the store and the promises never happened. When I contact them to solve it out, all I got was "sorry". Terrible customer service.

There were no customers in the shop when we entered today. At least six staff all stood around and not one person approached to help. Customers service really sucks!!!
