Very Disappointed - May 04, 2022
Have been to new Karrinyup store on two occasions and both times level of service has been non-existent. Was the only customer in the store on both occasions (can see why) and both sales ladies stood at counter chatting. Needed help with different sizes in change room, called out and nobody came. They were deep in conversation. Ended up getting dressed and walking out. Staff at the old Jeanswest Karrinyup were amazing and always helpful... not sure what's happened with the new store staff. Won't be going in there again.
