The lady doing the passports was the rudest person, definitely not suited to a customer service role. She would be much better suited to working in a job where domination and disrespect was viewed highly. We witnessed her signing photos for individuals who she had not known for 1 year , just to get their passport applications submitted. We had booked an appointment to complete the passports and waited almost an hour to be seen as she took her time and there was no system regarding appointments in place on arrival. The lady was very slow at her job, she had the gall to request our paper work quickly even though she was very slow at her job She also had double standards when dealing with different customers. The process should be the same for anyone playing for passports, not based on her feelings at the time. Shocking service, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs!!! Zero stars…..

Excellent service at Kingsway Post Office. The manager attended to my request for a renewal passport with efficiency. Highly recommend this Auspost Branch . I had already been given the wrong information from another auspost branch and had spent a minimum of 6 weeks getting this sorted.
