Call me old fashioned - I'd like to be able to speak to staff to verify an unsolicited 'free gift' offer sent to my mobile, worth $129. Store's landline phone was switched off, centre management's transfer also went unanswered. 1300 help line had no record of such an offer. Not happy Jan.
