  Two Indians that work in the shop are the rudest people when they think they are right when I was returning the baby bracelets as one split n other one pulled apart and for twenty dollars new should not do that instead off returning or swapping had to wait for reply the second time I got accused by them off already receiving the second when when the man said he would return my call and never did if I knew was going to be like this I wouldn't off taken back would off dealt with company they buy them off. What happened to customers always right even though I was in the right . I returned twice both waited more then week to here back. When went back the other lady had no idea about it nor she would off as it was the other two rude manner people did when they thought they had but only recalled the once . I was discusted in this service and to make me more annoyed he called the manager made me to be out a lier on the phone like reviewed the second when he clearly never made the call back to me for starters I wouldn't of been standing there asking what's the go once again after this being second new item I tried buying for my baby. Then he refused it to my card the twenty dollars in the end and not received it back in my account jus poor service at first thought they were lovely till hostile side come out rude and how dare U I wasn't lieing made me out to be a lier for there lack off communication absolutely discusted and think they need manner for future reference it was a teething bracelet for my son I would go back twice if I was lieing clearly rude service . Hope manner doesn't go thru loss off people because there discrace .
