Closing the branch in central Mandurah is a disaster for us. We are 88 and 86 with no driving license. No bus service and taxis cost $60 return, so we cannot visit our bank anymore. We cannot contact you by telephone... you need a flask of tea, sandwiches and a good book while you are on hold. Cannot contact you via the web site.. get the message you are too busy. Just received a new credit card we did not ask for. It does not look genuine, with an expiry date of 2030. But we cannot contact you to find out.
