It is so disappointing. We don't do KFC now very often because we remember when the batter was a bright golden colour and the chicken was succulent and juice. What is it now with the quality control? The batter is dark brown oily and horrible and the chicken is dry. No need for serviettes as there's no nice to wipe of our chine. Just horrible.
