My Granddaughter purchased a pair of shoes from spend less shoes at the Mandurah Forum at the 4/12 and wanted to return them as the heel was way too high for the dress she was wearing. When we went into the store the girl said NO not without the receipt. We thought this might be the case, but I knew she would be able to get a store credit which would be fine. So, I then said she has her bank statement on her with the date and time on so can she have a store credit. The next minute she just went crazy and started yelling at the top of her voice GET OUT GET OUT OF MY SHOP NOW GO ON GET OUT, I told her to calm down and my granddaughter also said just calm down and was getting upset. There was a young girl standing next to us and the look on her face was just horror. I think she was trying to make herself look important, but instead people were talking about her and they were saying she made herself look like an idiot. There was an elderly lady who then walked out in disgust. The next minute a security guard asked us to come with him which we did, he asked us to write a formal complaint with their service dept, which we did and they were such lovely people. My granddaughter works after school and saved for these shoes so it was very upsetting for her but was also upset that someone could talk to their customers like that, thank goodness she would never talk to her customers like that she has been trained not to no matter what situation arises. All of our family have shopped there for years but not anymore which is a shame.
