I arrived at 8.55 for my 9 a.m. appointment. The lights were on and at 9.05 the doors opened. The girl asked me to wait as the wax wasn't hot and went out the back where she chatted with someone. At 9.10 the second girl arrived to speak with another client who had waited with me. I still waited and at 9.15 approx the first came as said it wasn't hot but wouldn't be long. This is the second time this has happened with the same girl. Why make an appt if those who obviously arrived ahead of 9 a.m. didn't start on the procedures? Also I had booked in for IPL but after the first treatment they rang to say the operator wasn't available for my second treatment and so on. There was no welcome smile or friendliness, no professionalism to me/us, simply sloppy presentation and lack of interest shown. I will never return and do my best to advise others of how I felt.
