would give a 0 star if i can. 1st time to the Noranda medical centre today, booked appointment for our baby and the website says bulk bill for baby. Got there, 1st thing i asked the reception was whether its bulk bill or not since we dont want to see the doctor if it's not bulk bill (most places do bulk bill for babies/kids under 16/18), receptionist said she's not sure but check with the Dr when we see her, and asked me to fill out all the forms etc. Waited for 50 mins (even we already booked), then dr Krystyna called us in, 1st thing i asked again whether we need to pay, she said she's not sure and didnt want to see our baby and asked us to check with the account person at the desk first and come back and see her. Went out and the account person said no it's not bulk bill for 1st appointment, the following appointments would be but not the 1st one. We are so pissed off we have been waiting for 50 mins with a small 11 months old baby who got so cranky because waiting for too long. Practice manager went in and check with the dr then came out saying they can bulk bill for this time but we need to wait to see another dr since Kyrstyna doesnt want to see us, or come back another day. I cannot believe the service at this center is this bad. No apology whatsoever from the receptionist/practice manager or the dr. The dr Krystyna Ogonowska has no doctor manner at all, treat her patient just like appointment to earn some extra cash. I cant believe they can do this with a small baby. We left and i just want to leave the feedback for everyone to see to avoid this place. I never leave any feedback online but i feel i need to this time. During the time we were there we see people had to wait at least 30mins to be seen, which shouldnt happen at a private billing practice. We have never been to any medical center that wants to charge babies for the 1st appointment. Even when i told the practice manager that we waited 50mins, no reaction no apology at all from them. Worst place ever and this place shouldnt even be allowed to run and the dr shouldnt be allowed to see anyone with this manner.
