Simren Kaur was of tremendous help when I needed some advice on business banking matters. Although my queries were outside the scope of what she normally looks after at the branch, she went above and beyond by contacting business banking unit on the phone and got my issue resolved. Whilst we were on the queue on the phone line, she also kept me informed of the process and provided what could be done for the future etc, which I found it to be not only professional & personable but customer centric. As a business & personal client of Bankwest, this was the best service I received at the branch level. The lady at the teller counter was also very helpful (forgot her name). Bankwest Belmont team has some awesome bankers!
