At approx 1400 on 4th August an employee whom the receptionist told security was named Richard, was screaming at another Asiatic older employee there at the frontt scaring many children inside. A gentleman with a 3 year old girl from the Telstra store told the man his little girl was scared and crying and the body care massage employee man in mention, yelled 'oh the poor little princess'. Many witnesses watched as the older employee who also appeared Asiatic, led the man out of the store, soon after security attended. The behaviour witnessed by the bodycare massage employee was shameful and disgraceful. The grown man bodycare massage employee not only scared countless children, he took it one step further and mocked a 3 year old for crying. I will never attend the store with a dangerous employee like that working there. The older employee who escorted the younger bodycare employee man out was being threatened by him verbally, the behaviour of the bodycare massage employee was despicable and thankfully was caught on CCTV
