I sat on the only vacant round table facing the food outlets in the food hall opposite the kebab shop to eat . The table had on it 2 empty soft drink bottle, a tub of chips and empty wrappers from the previous dinners! I spread my Aldi catalog on the table and after eating I noticed one of the cleaning ladies parked her trolley on the empty ex Mexican food and evading being involved in what was left on the tables? I asked her politely to remove the empty stuff found on my table but she said “ why don’t you remove them yourself?” I informed her that they were left there and I am responsible for clearing the table? She said “ but you can dispose of the yourself? I reminded her that it is her job to clear the tables and since she was rude and not doing anything that I shall report her ! And I left I recounted the story to two of the security officers that I met in the main foyer opposite miss Maud and the older man said that he will have a word w/ the cleaning staff in the food hall? I mentioned that it was not the younger girl as she was busy clearing and wiping but rather the other mature one? In this COVID climate, they were very negligent and I haven’t observed any signs of safe WA code

How can I rate centre management when you can NEVER get in contact with them. Very poor business acumen in my view.
