DFO Perth is an Outlet Centre located at Perth Airport, about 12 kilometres east of the Perth CBD. It is situated on 11 High Street, near the Dunreath Drive exit of the Tonkin Highway. It opened on 3 October 2018 as the first DFO centre in Western Australia and the eighth in Australia. The centre is part of the Perth Airport redevelopment project, which also includes a Costco warehouse, a Direct Factory Outlet Homemaker Centre and a new runway. The centre is easily accessible by car, bus or taxi. DFO Perth is owned by Vicinity Centres, a leading Australian retail property group that owns and manages 60 shopping centres across the country. Vicinity Centres has a 50% shareholding in DFO Perth, with the remainder owned by Perth Airport Development Group Investments.

DFO Perth has more than 116 outlet retailers, offering discounts of up to 70% on fashion, accessories, footwear, sportswear, homewares, luggage and more. Some of the popular brands include Adidas, Calvin Klein, Coach, Fila, Lacoste, Puma and Tommy Hilfiger. The centre also has a range of specialty stores. DFO Perth has a food court that offers a variety of cuisines, such as Asian, Indian, Turkish and Greek. If you are looking for a more casual and fun dining experience, you can head to the nearby Costco warehouse, which has a food court that serves hot dogs, pizza, churros and frozen yogurt. DFO Perth is open seven days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. DFO Perth is one of the newest outlet centres in Australia, with a total retail area of about 24 000 square metres. DFO Perth has a large car park that can accommodate over 1 600 vehicles. The car park entrance is located at High Street. The parking is free for all customers. There are also designated parking spaces for disabled customers, parents with prams and motorcycles.
