Thursday 20 October, 2021 - Fossil Watertown. Was given a run-around by local jeweller re an Armani watch I bought less than a month ago which stopped working. Said jeweller told me I'd have to send it back to NSW, but they then advised me to call Fossil in NSW who suggested I take the watch to Fossil in Watertown for them to send it back to NSW for repairs. I went to Fossil in Watertown and Was attended to by a polite, helpful young man who offered to check the watch, and changed the battery, saving me the inconvenience of being without a watch for goodness knows how long. It was so refreshing to be attended to by someone who knew what he was talking about and happy to go out of his way to help me. I appreciated his efficiency and prompt attention to my issue. Thank you.
