The man broke the watch I entrusted to him. All it needed was a new battery. He struggled to remove the back, dropped the first replacement battery on the floor, then fitted another. Putting the back on was too much for him. After failing with his thumbs he used a kind of pressing tool. The back went on but the knob to adjust the hands came off. The destroyer said the watch must already have been damaged and was beyond repair. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The man behind the counter is a complete Muppet! My partner took his watch in to get a new battery. Come back half an hour later and my partner's watch is completely broken! $600 watch ruined! All the parts on the face had come off completely! And the man still had the nerve to tell my partner that he must have noticed the damage on the watch when he brought it in! There wasn't a single thing wrong with it when we took it there. Went to the watch repair place at cockburn shopping centre to see if we could get the damage repaired and they did a fantastic job fixing it! Never ever go to cobbler plus in Phoenix shopping centre! Absolutely horrid!

Popped up yesterday to get a battery changed in a watch. Was told by the man working there that he had other things to prioritise and to come back next week. He was dusting. Gentlemen was quite rude and abrupt with my mum, she has originally got the battery there only a couple of months prior. I will never go there and they won’t get any more of my families business. Given one star as the place was clean. 0 stars for attitude and service.

I go there with my shoes. 'I'm busy' Me- ok I'll pop into big W and come back. 'Jeez! Can't you just wait!'.So I wait. He tears the other sole off the good shoe and says, yeah they're both buggered. THEN he gives me a quote$45 to glue on two soles. I give in and leave them with him. He calls days before he said they would be ready and literally demands that I pick them up immediately. I send my husband who is met with 'I'm CLOSED'.. My husband says I'm just here to pick up some shoes. This guy is SO rude!! I would never bring a single thing to his store again. There is a great cobbler in Hilton who I would rather drive a little further to see rather than enduring this grumpy downer of a person again. Left both of us feeling gross just exchanging a few words with him. If you work in the customer service industry, try and not spread your misery through the day. In fact, if you have a smile and some cheer, you'll find you'll be less miserable.
