The 3 inch twirling gadget has taken over the kids minds! It is the best selling toy on Amazon since the beginning of the year and nobody has a sane explanation on it’s rapid popularity.
But one thing is for sure – children love it and guys from Coffs Central will make them enjoy even more! In the workshop planned for Thursday 6th July from 10:30am – 12:30pm kids will be able to make their own creative fidget spinner with Bianca James, an internationally trained florist and a self taught crafter. She will show them how to make the best possible version of the toy. Later on, the little ones will compete with others to see which one spins the longest. Bianca is known as a host of wide range of hands on educational workshops around floristry, arts & crafts and loves working with adults and kids teaching them how to develop their creativity. The workshop will be held in Chill Out Zone, Level 1 Food at the Terrace and the price is $15 per person.

Meatlovers Get Ready!
Loving eating meat doesn’t always mean knowing how to use it and prepare it in the best way possible. So, for all of you who are eager to find out more about healthy nutrition and the best ways to prepare your yummy slices, join the show in Butchers Bullevard on Thursday 13th & 27th July between 11:30am-1:30pm. Lea & Tim from will be on site showing you how to cook meat to maximise its nutrition, texture and flavour. You’ll be able to understand where each cut of meat is derived and what cooking method is best for them. Each person will get easy to read recipe card, so you can try out at home all the little secrets you will be shown on the spot.
Women’s Adventure Summit
