There are so much things to see in Australia’s third largest city! Blend of historic buildings and modern architecture, animal sanctuaries, rich nature with botanic gardens and bustling city centre, it’s all there to be experienced and captured! Perform live and show your talent!
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre does a great thing – it lets local artists perform in centre for free and promote themselves! How cool is that! Busy shopping mall is a good place to be noticed by showcasing the talent live in front of an audience. Buskers are permitted to collect money by bringing a collection box. If you are a musician and you are reading this, have in mind you will be required to bring your own equipment and manage your set up. To apply, also note:
- Busker must be 15yrs of age or older
- Performances are to suit a mainstream audience
- Buskers will be designated a specific area to busk in the centre
- Dates and times are subject to availability
- A minimum of 1.5hrs per appearance is required
- Cancellations must be advised a minimum of 48hrs in advance
- No Shows may result in the centre cancelling your future performances
- Indooroopilly Shopping Centre reserves the right to decline busking acts if they are not deemed appropriate
- Buskers under 18yrs of age must be accompanied by a guardian
