Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra slim wallet from Mobile King Blacktown at Westpoint this afternoon.Didn't get told price but had been to 2 other places and prices were $25 to $35 both in Westpoint so didn't think it would be much more. Owners wife such good pushy salesperson convinced me I needed a plastic screen saver. As I have brand new phone I agreed. Total cost me $75 for two items (worth only $45 max) and this was told to me after I swiped card as price was avoided till then. Good con job.!! The plastic screen cover has caused me endless inconvenience all this afternoon, evening and into the night and was told by dozens of people that the plastic cover stops proper access to screen. Also I DID NOT get a receipt. I'll be getting a refund or legal action will follow and a story on a Current Affair. I believe the owners name is Mohammed, so I'm hoping he'll read this. His wife Anna is very nice, great sales person and con artist.
