Terrible Service. Booked in my mattress for delivery, reshuffled work to accommodate the delivery and then get a call at the supposed time-frame for delivery saying they have put it on the wrong truck and it won't be delivered until the next week. No apologies were given the conversation with customer service (CS) went like this. CS: How are you today? Me: Good and yourself? CS: Well you aren't going to be good because you aren't getting your mattress today. Again, no apologies or sympathy just a simple nope you aren't getting it we stuffed up. So rude, you would think for the $80 delivery fee they could re-organise it for the same day.
